Free checks

The job posting check and the “what applies to me” list are not saved. We keep no copy of what you paste or the answers you give there.

What we store when you buy

  • Your email address, so we can send your private workspace link.
  • Your questionnaire answers (organization details, contact names and work emails, size, policies in your own words), and every version of them.
  • The documents built from those answers, and job postings you check in your workspace, with the dates you record.
  • If you use the interview tracker: the names of applicants you interviewed and the dates, so we can remind you when the 45-day notice is due. Enter only a name you are comfortable storing; no contact details are needed.
  • The reminder emails we send you and when, and, if you subscribe to Keep-Current, your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and status.
  • A log of actions in your workspace (for example “documents built”, “policy adopted by”), so you have a dated record.

We do not ask for, and you should not enter, information about any individual employee’s disability or health.

Who processes it

  • Our servers, operated by LLnet-Inc on infrastructure in Canada.
  • Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card number. Stripe receives your workspace link as the address to return you to after paying, so it is stored in your Stripe payment record.
  • If wording polish is enabled for job posting rewrites, the posting text and your pay, vacancy and AI statements are sent to Anthropic (United States) to produce the draft. Nothing else from your profile is sent.

Your link

Your workspace is reached through a private link. We store it encrypted and look it up by a one-way fingerprint. Emails we send are stored with their text encrypted, and the text is blanked 30 days after sending. Anyone who has the link can open your workspace, so keep it private.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. Email support@employerready.com from the address you bought with and we will delete your workspace, answers, documents and interview records. Encrypted backups are kept for 7 days, so deleted data leaves them within 8 days. Payment records are kept as tax law requires.
