Last updated October 28, 2026. These terms are between you and LLnet-Inc, Ontario (“we”).

What EmployerReady is

EmployerReady produces documents, checklists and job posting checks from Ontario’s published employment and accessibility rules and the answers you give. It is not legal advice and we are not a law firm. You are responsible for your organization’s compliance, for the accuracy of your answers, and for reviewing and adopting the documents before you use them.

Filing

We do not file anything with the Government of Ontario on your behalf and we never ask for your government portal credentials.

Payment and refunds

The Deadline Pack is a one-time purchase in Canadian dollars, plus applicable tax. If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase at support@employerready.com. A refunded purchase ends access to the workspace.

Rule changes

Each document states the date the rules it is based on were current to. Rules change; while Keep-Current is active we update and re-issue documents when they do.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to EmployerReady is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
